| HCD's projects |
| As
part of its overall strategy for community economic development,
HCD works in a variety of ways on a wide range of projects.
These projects are the
nuts and bolts of community led regeneration, out of which
come sustainsable jobs, businesses and local, inclusive
prosperity. |
| Projects
include social enterprise development, such as the Translation
Project; large scale infrastructure and partnership development
projects such as the Dalston
Culture House and the Gillett
Sqaure Partnership; campaigns such as Save
Haggerston Pool, and events designed to promote community
involvement. |
| A major target
has become the exchange of information and integration of activities
across all these various projects, to build social cohesion
and community economic development. |
