Annual Report

The Annual report to the General Council is a statutory document that the company produces each year for its Annual General Meeting. It contains a report on work done throughout the year written by the Chief Executive, and reports from the Chair of the General Council and HCDs Finance Director as well as other information about the Company.

These documents are freely available to members of the public, and you can request one from any year providing we still have printed copies left. For some years, we have now run out of printed copies and regretfully we can no longer supply them. However, we have changed over to creating and storing our Annual Reports electronically, and we will be converting those we still have into electronic format over the next year or so. Please find below links to those reports we currently have available, listed by year.

This comes pre-installed on many modern computers, but if you don't have it or are not sure, you can get the latest version free from the Adobe web site, link here. Click on the 'Get Adobe Reader' box, it autodetects which operating system you are using and offers you the correct version of the software for your computer.
