General Council
The General Council is the governing body of HCD and is elected annually at the HCD AGM. All HCD members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM and to stand for election to the General Council. The current General Council members are listed below.
HCD notes with sadness the recent passing of Keith Ashurst. Keith gave us the benefit of his wisdom and insight for many years as a member of the General Council, and he will be much missed by all his friends and colleagues at HCD as well for his contributions to the life of the community he served.
