HCD meeting rooms

HCD has a meeting room at both its Beechwood Road and Bradbury Street office complexes, which are available for hire to any suitable business or organisation. HCD members get discounted rates on room hire.

The meeting room at 62 Beechwood Road has two doors which open out onto the interior courtyard (see photo above), full tea and coffee making facilities and use of toilet, kitchen and microwave. Additionally, a laptop and projection facilities can be hired if required. Wireless internet access is also available at Beechwood Road.

The Bradbury Street managed workspace also has a meeting room available for hire. There are no kitchen facilities, but the room comes with a kettle and tea and coffee. There are toilets along the corridor. Wireless internet is planned but is not yet available.
